Full Day Coverage: $2,100.00

Please note maximum hours listed for each category with additional hours priced at $150.00 per hour.

Ceremony:

• From the arrival of the Bride to the departure of the Married Couple, Julie Hill Photography will be there to capture it all.
• One location
• Maximum 1.5 hours

Formals:

• Family Formals/Bridal Party: one location (allow 90 minutes minimum not including travel time)
• Bride and Groom: unlimited locations as time permits (allow 60 minutes minimum not including travel time)
• Maximum 3 hours

Full Reception:

• Cocktail hour, guest candids, room details, dinner, speeches, cake cutting 1^st 2^nd and 3^rd dances
• Meals are required for the Photographer and Assistant
• Maximum 4 hours

Engagement Portrait Session:

• Engagement Portrait sessions are a great way to get to know the Photographer
• 2 - 5x7 prints included
• 1 - 8x10 print included
• Maximum 2 hours

High Resolution digital images:

• No proof markings on photos
• Reprint your photos as you please
• Custom printing is available at current studio prices (listed below)

Optional Add-ons

Bride Getting Ready: $250.00

Groom Getting Ready at Location of Ceremony: $150.00

Travel

Julie Hill Photography loves to travel. Here are the out-of-town procedures that should answer any questions you might have about travel cost etc. for your out-of-town wedding.

1. Travel is considered any destination outside of the Calgary, Alberta, city limits.
2. There is a base fee for out-of-town Weddings of $150.00 for any wedding further than 100km outside of Calgary, Alberta, plus any transportation costs, should it be airfare, or ground travel.
3. Out of town receptions (100km outside of Calgary city limits) require lodging for the Photographer and Assistant for a minimum of one night depending on when and where the wedding will take place.
4. Travel by car outside of Calgary city limits to destination is calculated by 40 cents per km.

Reprints

Julie Hill Photography offers printing in Black and White, Sepia and Color. Need a specific size not listed? Please let us know and we will do our best to make it happen. Metallic Prints are also available.
